Tiefenbacher strengthens its labor law practice with experienced expert

Tiefenbacher is expanding its labor law practice and welcomes attorney Andreas Pöschke as a new colleague on November 1, 2025.

Mr. Pöschke has been a specialist lawyer for labor law since 2001 and has been working in all areas of individual and collective labor law for many years. He has extensive experience in judicial and extrajudicial representation as well as in the negotiation and drafting of complex works agreements, in particular regarding reconciliations of interests, transfer solutions, and social plans in connection with operational changes. He also advises on insolvency labor law.

During this time, his work has focused on representing companies with 200 to 800 employees on the employer side. Mr. Pöschke also advises at the interface between labor law and transactions, in particular negotiating company purchase agreements on both the buyer and seller sides and supporting the development and implementation of acquisition concepts for personnel structures.

Before joining Tiefenbacher, Mr. Pöschke was a long-standing partner in a renowned Mannheim-based insolvency law firm. He then worked for another law firm in Mannheim specializing in insolvency and restructuring, where he was responsible for the labor law practice.

With the addition of Mr. Pöschke, Tiefenbacher is strategically expanding its labor law team and positioning itself even more strongly in a legal field that is highly relevant for companies.
