  • Studied economics with a minor in business administration at the University of Cologne, graduating with a B.Sc.

  • Studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg, specializing in corporate law, graduating with a Mag. iur.

  • Many years of experience as a research assistant at a major European law firm in Heidelberg and Frankfurt am Main (initially in insolvency law, then banking supervisory law) and at a major international US law firm in Frankfurt am Main (tax law).

  • Legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Heidelberg with a focus on commercial law and placements at, among others, a major German law firm in Frankfurt am Main (banking and finance), the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg, and the Regional Court of Mannheim (Commercial Court)
